About the Band: This new unsigned band from Italy plays a
kind of music which they call it to be New
Wave of Mediterranean Heavy-Epic Metal.
Really those kids now what are they playing and I am sure they will have
a great future in the metal scene. To all the six songs you get the feeling of
what Mediterranean epic metal is all about.
Very good playing to all the instruments and with a very good vocalists.
Liked the guitar and solos and also the BASS is rocking at the song “
enemy” .Sons of Madness are on the right track This Demo/Album Worths Listening
to. The songs have the metal characteristics of epic metal in both music and
vocals (most of the choruses are interested).
The first song The
army of darkness has a very good
intro with some fight effect. This song introduces you to the album. It is
dynamic, fast with an interesting Riff supporting it. The second Song is a
really EPICAL song Its name is ΗΟLY WAR. Epic rhythm throughout the song. The vocalist
shows what is capable for. The Third Song “Enemy” a song with a great Bass playing (very good guys).. most of
new bands never understand the importance of a good bass and drums. Number 4 is
the ballad of the album “ The last Possibility”every good metal band and especially
epic metal bands should be able to compose good ballads. Sons of madness did
that also. After the very good ballad
and its effect the album continuers with another epical song with an
epical introduction “ Vale of Tears”. One of the highlights of the album.
The final song Selva Ercina left me asking my self for more. What
a great way to finished an epic metal album… the guitars were actually crying!!!.
I was positively surprised by this demo/album and I am sure you will also be surprised.
As for the rest do your selves a favor
and buy the album.. you support a band with a great future potential and you
also enrich your personal collection..
