HIS HAVEN - Today aWhisper tomorrow a storm Vic Records
Swedish progressive metal, with incluenses from bands such as TOOL and Paradise Lost and katatonia. their material sounds very good, with an excellent production which manages to get the best out of band members.
to start with i liked what i listened, it shows that this metal band
has future in the progressive metal field. the album is easy to listen
and to enjoy, the vocals also very good and clean ( i do not like bands
where i do not understand the vocals). the album includes some
excellent pieces of metal such as ,the And the Devil in me Smiles. in
this song the band really proves how good they are in the progressive
metal field. the band really knows how to transmit metal emotions from
some of the songs, not just with their very good music and vocalist but
also from their very good drum and their kickin
ass Bass (it really blasts everything on the opening song its the end,)
which really impressed me. my compliments to the production who managed
to produce the album in an excellent way. i have also liked the Plague
song which included a female vocalist, progressive and doom.
progressive metallers i think you will find this album interesting. get this album and support the debut of This haven and their label - vic records. this haven has a strong future potential and i will be waiting their next album with high expectations
