The Living Fields - The Living Fields (10/10)
Into the Epic Progressive Doom Kingdom the best warriors are called  The living fields. The Living Fields play an eclectic smelt of metals fleshed out with piano, violins, viola, cello, acoustic guitars and a variety of internal and external musical influences. This album contains 7 great compositions. All of them are close to perfection. This album I am sure it will be on your playlist for a lot of time. The history of living fields begins in 2002 however their first official album is this one which was released under harvester records. the production is great and comes in a digipack edition  Almost all the song have 2 faces, one with roars, electric guitars and screams  and one with clean vocals acoustic guitars and nice melodies. This band has creativity, they are progressive and ofcourse EPIC!!!..  The album begins with the song What is left behind  which introduces the listener to the style of the band and into the doom epic metal atmosphere to follow. Roars, acoustic guitars, pianos with clean vocals and more importantly full with melodies.!!!!  To this song I especially liked the guitar solos at 2:30 and the chorus!!!!. The next song  Burial at Sky begins with piano and open guitar and a nice vocal melody!! The band manages to transmit the message of the song since you really feel the doom atmosphere at the intro of this song. The doom style which this songs begins suddenly changes its doom style and enters into a progressive fast metal style surrounded by violins and great vocals.! One of the highlights of the album, progressive and Doom!!!!! Yeahhh. This Great Majority  is an instrumental which relaxes you from the feelings  of the Burial Sky and Prepares you for  the Monument.  Which starts dynamic with screams and roars!!!!!!! With a very nice acoustic part and melody.  Feast for the Earth  starts in a #@$%#$% with Wild Drums, the vocalist here really is reaching its limits but after a few seconds the complete opposite begins, slow, and clean vocals.  The next song The Soil of Giveth is the Masterpiece of this album and one of the best I ha ve ever listened~ I would not go into details just find the song and listen to it! The final song  The OverView effect is the perfect way to finish a geat album, Well done Living Fields!!!   Do your self a favour and buy this album from this great band.. you will add a metal jewell to your album collection and you support a true metal label and a  great band with great future prospects….(10/10)
