Laaz Rockit - Left for Dead (10/10) metal review
The Metal Industry  and Especially Thrash Metal should be proud for having bands such as Laaz Rockit. New bands should look into them and maybe they can learn something on how great thrash metal is played .  Woww. This band really knows how to thrash!!! They really thrash It all in their album  left for dead.   The band was formed in 1982 in California and were according to their press release founders of the famous bay arena thrash metal genre.   Killer Guitar Thrash riffs,  with thrash but also melodic guitar  solos and of cource a great vocalists which I m sure does not need any introduction.. all together with the The production  created one of the best thrash metal albums of 2008. the production  did an excellent job – with attention to details and more importantly they made sure that the vocals are not lost in this great thrash metal music   The intro song,  Brain Wash is the type of intro songs which can make  non thrash metal fans to become faithfull followers of thrash metal.!!! – what an opening – really liked the chorus – well done.  Excellent songs such as the Turmoil , Liar.  or the Ballad Style of   Ghost In The Mirror  and Desolate Oasis (Creative, Progressive and something different for a trash metal album – (some will love it and some will hate it we loved it)   In some cases while listening this album you get to believe that the band is playing a thrash metal storm which drifts and destroys everything in its path.   Im not going to comment any more,,, all you out there who are trying to discover new metal styles and band stop. Go to back to the basics and listen to LAAZ Rockit.. buy the album support this band and their great label massacre records. Finally new thrash metal bands check LAAZ ROCKIT and learn from them and use them as you basis for the future!!!!
