If you are
a fan of he 80s hard rock and metal scene and you liked bands such as
metallica, Dio, scorpions , Sabbath, iron maiden , judas priest and other metal
legends of the 80s then this album is for you..
What one can say for a band who
opened world wide metal acts to bands such as WASP and Dokken. This is a great
band with quality and creativity in their music. The band is from San Diego California,
and
the album Mouth of the Sun is their second album.
The album contains
12 tracks including a fantastic instrumental (Merciless).. all the songs have
features of the 80s style metal bands fill with fast and melodic solos and
melodies, great guitar riffs and a very good bass ( I do not often listen bands who know how to utilize all the instruments in
their music… hard echo are one of those bands which know how to take the
maximum of each of the instruments, guitars, drums, bass) Another positive
about this band is their vocalist.. it is very important the vocalist of a band
to match the bands music.. this is the case with Mark Arrington
Since the
moment I listened to the song Mouth of the sun I immediately realized
the potential and the influences of this band. The dynamic intro , with a great
riffing and a an excellent vocalist the same rhythm but a bit more melodic
continues to the next song Blood Red
Spiders… the characteristics
mentioned below are in most songs but what impress me the most is the
instrumental (Merciless).. which
shows the virtues and capabilities of this band.. well done guys.
The
production of the album is very good and the cd comes with a booklet which includes lyrics and band information
A very good
album from a very good band .. do your selves a favor and buy the album..you
support a great band and you add a very good album to your album collection
