ENCHANTER were formed in August 1991 from an advertisement in a local newspaper. The original lineup recorded one song, 1992's "The Enchanter" released on Digital Graffiti through Big Noise Records. Moderate success from this compilation included use on HBO and radio commercials along with regional touring. Enchanter started a solid underground fan base that is still growing to the present. Playing the same clubs and songs for nearly ten years, in January of 2000 they entered the studio to start recording "Symbols in Stone". This first release effort has gained the attention of some of the most prominent metalheads. Released on Halloween 2001, Symbols In Stone continues to gather attention. The bands second effort entitled "Secrets Vol 1" will be released along with "Symbols in Stone" as one disc totaling 14 remastered tracks along with a limited edition "Symbols In Stone" LP . These releases are due out worldwide on Pure Steel records Germany Jan '08.
