Highlights of the Album!!
It is an excellent album with many high moments – what we liked most hthough are
the following
1) Touched by Temptations – 12 minutes of raw prog metal ohhh yess which shows what this band can produce
2) Stay !! a 16 minute song again which worths listening anf paying attention too
3) Life - Excellent song which is the album openener (after the piano intro) – nice soloings and riffing !!!!
4) Captured In Perplexity - Masterpiece, Exellent – with lyrics which have a meaning – ( I have no one to talk – no one to listen – no one to understand my mind
Excellent Album – The expectations are high for the future
of this Band -
German Metal is the home of some of the best metal bands –
and for sure for some of the best “unsigned”” bands –– Dryads Tree are one of them. A band which their
album “”comforts in silence” can
satisfy even the most difficult metal fan.
Progressive Metal, with a combination of clean and death
metal vocals, dynamic and progressive metal riffs and songs which are blended with acoustic guitar,
are some of the characteristics of this metal album. The band even though
unsigned produced a perfect album which can kick ass to most of the established
bands albums.
The band is
from Germany
and the members at a very young age have managed to create this masterpiece
(could you imagine what they can do with some label help and more promotion?).
The style of band’s music is more on progressive metal with elements from death
and atmospheric metal. Some bands which band was influenced are opeth and system of a down. I was pleased to see that the band did not copy
their influences rather they used them
to create their own Dryad’s Tree music Style

It was an
excellent choice for the band to combine clean vocals with secondary roaring
death metal vocals – it nice to understand what the vocalist is actually singing even
when he is on death vocals
Song
writing – the lyrics are amazing, very good job guys, all songs have something
to tell. The listener gets the message each song is sending!
Production
: excellent production with attention to details, the Album comes with a lyrics
booklet, and a nice cover design – better than many of the label bands!!!
