Another very good release by massacre
records. Darkane and their album Demonic Art really impressed me, not just for
their music but for their energy and talent!. This is another Swedish band signed by
massacre records. The Demonic Art is the Fifth album of the band which started
at 1997. I have to say I was quite impressed with the album, death metal
combined with clean chorus vocals, progressive characteristics, thrash metal,
and power and fury all over the place! And lets not forget to add the good
production of the album to the above.
The
majestic intro prepares you for the metal storm which will follow, and as it escalates the first song of the
album starts with a power rhythm. And the storm begins! Furious, and Energetic,
Great vocalists, Great Chorus, Guitar riffs and lead guitars with melodic
touch!. 12 songs all with attention to detail and with such rage and fury which
they can blast your speakers. I Liked the songs Absolution – Great Lead guitar at 2:00, and the song execution with
its Epical Opening!By the way with regards to the vocals I have to say that new vocalist Jens Broman does an excellent job
in this album!!
Darkane and their album Demonic Art is
definitely an album you should check out!!
